Moderated roundtables: Solve it, stress-test It, say it out loud
Multiple discussions run in parallel, each built around a challenge senior UK People leaders are actually navigating right now. Pick the table that matters most to you and get straight into a candid, peer-led conversation with people carrying the exact same pressure and trade-offs, no audience, no judgement, just people who actually get it. Each table is moderated by a senior People leader to keep things grounded and practical: no slides, no passive listening. Bring the problem you haven't solved yet. Come ready to challenge assumptions, pressure-test your own thinking, and say the thing you can't say back at the office. A snapshot of this year's roundtable themes: - Democratising coaching: Building internal coaching cultures that support every employee - The manager squeeze: Equipping frontline leaders to deliver what head office promises - Succession planning when you've cut the layer below you - The rising cost of global talent: Sponsorship, visas, and who you can still afford to hire
