Suzanne has extensive experience reimagining the People function to enable mission driven companies right-size, scale and achieve profitability and growth. Suzanne found her true passion: architecting the People function for the challenges and opportunities of today, engaging employees in a remote first environment, meeting the needs of the multi-generational workforce, building inclusive cultures and co-creating the new employer / employee contract. As a trusted advisor to the C-Suite she brings deep expertise leveraging People as a unique value driver including talent acquisition and development, performance management, transformation and change, leadership development, coaching and succession. Suzanne serves as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at IPSY. In this role, her day-to-day responsibilities are driven by her deep commitment to the end to end employee experience and company culture – starting from a job candidate’s first touchpoint, to building a strong alumni network of brand and culture ambassadors – and all the moments that matter in between.
