Sarah Tegerdine is Head of People Partnering at Channel 4, a role she has held since April 2024. She leads the People Partnering function, with a focus on leadership development and coaching, and works as an accredited mediator facilitating conflict resolution and championing a coaching culture across the organization. Sarah joined Channel 4 in 2020 as Senior People Partner/Coach, supporting creative teams including commissioning and marketing through change and transition programs and talent retention. Before Channel 4, she spent nearly 12 years as Head of HR and Development at Bauer Media Group UK, partnering with the Group Managing Director on growth strategy, talent management, and learning and development. Earlier in her career, Sarah held Head of HR roles at Emap Radio Ltd. and Frontline, where she supported business growth, radio acquisitions, and cultural transformation programs focused on building coaching cultures.
