Rethinking engagement in a post-remote world
In this practical and CPO focussed session we'll reframe employee engagement as a behaviour design challenge, not just a survey or comms exercise. Drawing on behavioural design and organisational culture work, you will learn how engagement is the emotional outcome of everyday behaviours and how we can intentionally design and hard-wire behaviours into the way work gets done. We'll introduce a simple behaviour design framework, share examples of turning survey themes into tiny, repeatable habits, and demonstrate how people analytics can be used as radar and scoreboard - identifying where behaviour change will have the biggest impact, and testing whether new habits are improving engagement, retention and performance.
