Mark Jackson is Head of Future Workforce at Nationwide Building Society, based in Swindon, a role he has held since May 2023. He previously served as Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at Nationwide, leading the organisation's Strategic Workforce Planning methodology, skills and capability mapping, and workforce sourcing strategy, including implementation of an Internal Talent Marketplace. Before Nationwide, Mark spent seven years at Fujitsu Global, most recently as Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Analytics Lead for EMEIA, where he built the organisation's talent data insights and analytics capability using a Data Warehouse and Tableau, and developed long-term workforce strategy with business stakeholders. Earlier at Fujitsu, he led Internal Mobility and Junior Talent Acquisition across the EMEIA region, covering internal recruitment for approximately 20,000 employees, graduate and apprentice recruitment, and talent attraction strategy.
