Lucian Ivan is a seasoned human capital leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, people operations, and organisational strategy. Since August 2021, he has served as Global Head of People, People Ops, and Talent Acquisition at Revolut, driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organisation. Prior to Revolut, Lucian held key positions including Recruitment Ops Lead at Typeform and Head of Talent Acquisition at Nortal, and he operated Lucian Ivan Search, his own human capital consulting practice, from 2015 to 2021. He also brings experience from global organisations such as Molson Coors and Securitas AB, where he held various recruitment and HR roles. Lucian holds a PhD in Political Science and Government from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative, as well as multiple master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Public Administration.
