Panel - Beyond the minimum: Delivering wellbeing support that actually improves employee sentiment
Most wellbeing action plans sit in a compliance folder. Nobody reads them, least of all the employees they're supposed to help. Menopause support plans are the clearest example: mandatory from 2027, and most exist on paper only. By 2028, that folder becomes a legal requirement. The real question isn't whether you'll have a plan. It's whether it does anything. This panel puts two very different plans side by side: one built to survive an audit, one built for what people actually need. What changed sentiment, what got quietly shelved, and how to spot the difference before a regulator forces the question. Bring your own plan. You'll know within ten minutes which category it falls into. Key takeaways: - What separates a wellbeing or menopause action plan that changes someone's day-to-day from one that just satisfies a regulator. - Real examples of support that got built, used, and delivered measurable sentiment or retention impact, not just goodwill. - How to pressure-test your own action plan before the first mandatory filing lands in 2028.
