Gautam Gorawara is Head of People, Commercial at S&P Global, based in London, a role he has held since July 2025. He has spent more than 11 years across two stints at S&P Global, progressing through Head of People, APAC in Singapore, Director, People (Product) in Gurugram, Site Lead, People in Hyderabad, and India HR Leader, Technology in Gurgaon, where he led HR partners across South Asia and North America and redesigned the company's Performance Management and Pay for Performance model. Between his two stints at S&P Global, Gautam was Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner at Encore Capital Group, leading HR for the company's largest business supporting more than 2,000 employees. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Manager, HR at Mercer, supporting the Technology and Finance businesses, and began his career as a People Operations Manager at American Express.
