Claire is currently leading the transformation of People Operations and Reward at Dojo, bringing 16 years of global experience across HR, culture, operations, finance, legal, and tax. She has worked with start-ups and scale-ups in tech and fintech, including Bumble, Beam, YouCanBookMe, Dojo, and S&P Global, as well as in social enterprise and the non-profit sector. A former strategy consultant with Booz & Co (now Strategy&, part of PwC), Claire combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise in scaling organisations. She holds an MA in Management Studies and Natural Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge.
