Amitabh Yadav is a global HR and rewards leader who builds systems, solves complex people challenges, and translates them into clear commercial outcomes. With over 18 years of experience, including more than a decade in pharma and private equity–backed environments, he partners closely with CxOs and Boards to align people strategy with value creation, growth, and culture. Currently Global Director of Total Rewards and HR Excellence and Country HR Director for the Netherlands at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Amitabh leads global rewards, HR technology, and country HR operations across multiple regions. He is known for delivering high-impact reward programs, building digital HR ecosystems, and guiding executive teams through M&A, integrations, and large-scale restructurings while balancing speed, compliance, and employee trust. His work spans global incentive design, people analytics, cost optimization, SAP SuccessFactors implementations, and complex labor relations involving Works Councils and unions across Europe and beyond. Amitabh brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, data fluency, and hands-on execution, helping organizations turn people decisions into measurable business results.
