Minh
Pham-Costello
VP, Director, Business Management (HR Transformation)
Santander
Minh Pham-Costello is a Transformational HR Leader, Career Strategist, and High-Performing Coach. She helps mission-driven organizations and individuals achieve their audacious goals . In a world and a workplace that continues to evolve at lightning speed, Minh knows that it can often feel like we’re trapped on a hamster wheel, and our goals are slipping out of our reach. As a Vietnamese immigrant who arrived in the US with nothing but a suitcase, a few words of broken English, and a dream, most people thought her disadvantages would define her. But Minh refused to believe success was impossible and instead took small steps towards her goals and nurtured a fierce belief in herself. She has gone on to achieve a bachelor's degree in Economics and International relations, and a Master's degree in Finance, and, over the last 17 years, has been promoted over ten times and now holds the position of VP, Director of Business Management at Santander US. When she’s not passionately leading her team at Santander, you’ll find her mentoring other women to unlock their potential and go after their dreams. Minh believes that if you want to do something, that seems impossible. If you want to go after a promotion, launch a new business, or achieve financial success… Then forget about what people think you can and can’t do. Small steps, coupled with big beliefs, can lead to incredible things.
