Janine Taylor is a senior human resources leader with more than two decades of experience advancing people-centered strategies in complex, mission-driven organizations. As a Chief Human Resources Officer, she partners with executive teams and boards to build strong cultures, develop inclusive leadership, and align talent strategy with organizational purpose and long-term impact. Her work spans the full scope of human resources, including employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. Janine is particularly passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work—because when employees thrive, the people and communities they serve thrive as well. Throughout her career, Janine has been recognized for her leadership and commitment to service, equity, and development, including receiving the John D. Erdlen Founder’s Award from the Northeast HR Association and recognition from the Massachusetts Black & Latino Legislative Caucus. Beyond her professional role, she remains actively engaged in the community through board and advisory service, supporting organizations that advance equity, opportunity, and meaningful change. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: strong organizations are built by investing in people, leading with purpose, and creating cultures where everyone belongs.
