Lillia Nahon is an HR and operations hybrid with 20 years of experience across manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and human resources within multinational organisations including Procter & Gamble, A.W. Chesterton, and Smurfit Kappa. An Industrial Engineer with an MBA from ITAM, she brings deep expertise in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and end-to-end operational leadership. Lillia has led large-scale initiatives spanning labour relations, payroll and benefits, project centralisation, equipment transfers across regions, and CAPEX and cost-reduction programmes, delivering multi-million-dollar efficiencies. Her experience includes implementing Lean cultures, optimising workforce productivity, and driving inventory and cost reductions at local and regional levels.
