Funmi has over twenty years of experience across consulting and industry roles, bringing deep insight and expertise in people and transformation programs. She has worked at board level to strategically design and execute large-scale initiatives for organizations across diverse sectors, both domestically and internationally. Currently, Funmi serves as the Chief People Officer at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, where she leads the delivery of an ambitious People First agenda impacting a workforce of over 6,000 and tens of thousands of service users.
