Caroline Gauly-Montagne is a senior transformation and HR executive with deep experience leading large-scale organizational change across global industrial and chemical groups. Currently Organization and HR Efficiency Director at Adisseo, she leads transformation, change management, total rewards, and HR data governance, reporting to the CHRO. She built Adisseo’s internal transformation consulting office, driving organizational redesign, post-merger integration, and capability evolution across a 3,000-employee, multinational business. She also serves as Industrial Competitiveness Program Director, supporting operational excellence and restructuring initiatives across European manufacturing sites. Previously, Caroline held senior HR and transformation leadership roles at Chemours, GE, AREVA T&D, and PSA Peugeot Citroën, managing global teams, greenfield plant launches, and complex integrations across Europe and Asia. Known for bridging strategy and execution, she combines operational rigor with people-centered leadership, aligning culture, structure, and performance to accelerate sustainable growth in complex, international environments.
