Matthew Pepe has 25+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management in BioPharma. Matt has served as the VP of People for Ferrer/Alexza since May of 2024. Prior to joining Ferrer, Matt was the VP of HR at Talis Biomedical. There Matt engineered a culture turnaround best shown in the reduction of turnover from 30% to under 4% in one year. Prior, Matt served as the North American Lead for TA at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. There he was part of the leadership team that drove the company to double in size through organic growth.
