Previously, she shaped employee experience at Patreon, driving cultural transformation, workforce expansion, and strategic acquisitions. Earlier, she held key HR leadership roles at Yahoo. She’s known for leveraging analytics and technology to enhance performance and the employee experience. Lucia’s over 10 years as an operator are augmented by a background in research. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from the University of Houston
