Previously, she scaled Patreon’s workforce 5x through rapid growth, M&A, and cultural reinvention, and began her career at Yahoo supporting global teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. A PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford GSB, she translates evidence-based insights into scalable operating systems and is known for partnering across organizations to align talent, technology, and business strategy. She is particularly focused on applying AI to modernize people practices and strengthen how work gets done at scale.
