At StockX, Tracy leads all global HR functions for this cutting-edge e-commerce technology platform, focusing on unifying one culture in a diverse, globally distributed workforce. As an HR thought leader, Tracy contributed to a best-selling book on People Operations during her tenure at Zenefits. Tracy's impactful leadership at the privately held call center software giant Genesys included doubling revenue and scaling the organization from 1,800 to over 6,000 employees across 50 countries. Tracy enjoys giving back, as evidenced by involvement as a board member for Emtrain, the Civil Service Board, several advisory roles, and ongoing contributions to Forbes through their Council platform. Additionally, the privilege of teaching at the University has allowed Tracy to demystify complexities for the next generation of leaders and share knowledge and passion for all things HR.
