Dr. Tom Zhang is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is currently a Senior Director of HR at NIO. He helped build Tesla's early Asia Pacific team and previously worked on HR teams at Google and Tencent. Zhang's expertise also includes talent management, executive search, executive compensation, and career consulting. He has taught at San Jose State University and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University.
