Patricia is currently the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Amyris, Inc. and recently published her first book, “Passport to Growth: Leadership Lessons From an Expat”, sharing pivotal insights from her journey immigrating from Brazil to the US while building a successful career in HR. Patricia is a certified Evidence-Based Coach and holds a degree in Psychology, postgraduate in Business Administration, and Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership.
