With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Vikki has built her career on enhancing the employee lifecycle through best-in-class benefits, strategic talent acquisition, and a strong focus on culture and leadership. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive—combining innovation, inclusiveness, and results-driven leadership to deliver exceptional employee experiences. Before joining Clearcover in 2019, Vikki helped scale mid-sized technology companies in digital fitness, labor relations, employee placement, healthcare, and benefits. At Shiftgig, she built the HR department from the ground up as VP of People, leading hiring practices, compensation strategy, and organizational development. At Clearcover, Vikki has played a pivotal role in sustaining the company’s people-first culture during rapid growth. She launched the Clearcover AI Guild to encourage innovation and explore how AI can improve business efficiency and elevate the employee experience. Under her leadership, Clearcover has earned multiple workplace honors, including Insurance Business America’s Top Insurance Employers 2024, CNBC’s World’s Top Insurtech Companies 2024, and Forbes’ America’s Best Insurance Companies 2025. Vikki holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of St. Francis and a Master’s in Education from DePaul University.
