Victor Saad - Founder, Experience Institute / Chief Talent Officer, NextGen GP - is a talent leader, coach, and educator dedicated to helping people navigate transitions in work and life. In 2012, he designed his own master’s program, The Leap Year Project, completing 12 projects in 12 months and culminating in a TEDx talk and published book celebrating learning through risk. Following this, Victor founded Experience Institute, an organization that helps students and professionals develop essential skills through experiential learning. His work in education earned him recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2015. Victor also serves as a Lecturer in Design at Stanford’s School of Engineering, where he helped transform experiential learning into a core part of the curriculum. Today, he is Chairman of the Board at Experience Institute and Chief Talent Officer at NextGen Growth Partners, supporting founders and CEOs in growing and transitioning their businesses.
