Ms. Raheemullah serves as Chief Human Resources Officer in the Chemical Distribution & Services division and Corporate, having previously served as Vice President, Human Resources, North America. Responsible for advancing the people and culture agenda for Univar Solutions globally, Ms. Raheemullah is a proven executive with a broad range of experience with implementing strategic solutions at the global level for talent development, workforce analytics, benefits designs, global mobility, as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Since joining Univar Solutions in 2021, she has championed a workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves and where there is opportunity to fulfill the company’s purpose to help keep our communities healthy, fed, clean, and safe. Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Ms. Raheemullah served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for Dover Corporation. Previous experience includes working in roles of increasing responsibility at Andersen and Deloitte, in Chicago and New York. Ms. Raheemullah earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.
