Michael Isaacs is an executive with deep success achieving quantifiable results through the development and management of organization-wide strategy creation and implementation. Currently, Michael serves as Advisory Board Members to both NovaNav, a surgical healthcare tech company, and to TalentBloom, a recruiting technology company. Michael's experience spans private equity and healthcare, including M&A, and managing a distributed workforce. He previously served as CHRO/VP of HR at Dialyze Direct, Physicians Immediate Care, and Hopscotch Primary Care. Michael has a BA from Brandeis University, an AM from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
