Jennifer Harris is a talent acquisition subject matter expert. In her current role she is the Director,
Executive Recruiting for Kemper. With approximately $13 Billion in assets, Kemper is improving the
world of insurance by providing affordable and easy-to-use personalized solutions to individuals,
families and businesses through its Auto and Life Brands. Kemper serves over 4.8 million policies, is
represented by approximately 22,200 agents and brokers, and has approximately 7,500 associates
dedicated to meeting the every-changing needs of its customers. Jennifer’s responsibilities include
the development, management, and execution of identifying executive level talent across the
enterprise.
Prior to Kemper, Jennifer founded her own Executive Search firm serving small to mid-tier public and
private employers with placement of executive talent and executive coaching in Manufacturing,
Healthcare, IT, Professional and Financial Services. In addition, Jennifer has held C Level and
Managing Director roles with small, boutique firms as well as large, global recruiting firms. Jennifer
has a BA Degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.
Jennifer’s civic involvement includes Board of Director leadership for National Association of
Workforce Boards, Lake County Workforce Investment Board, Lake County Partners Board of
Governors, and Northside Community Bank/Advia Credit Union’s Advisory Board.
