Angela Russell is Chief Diversity Officer at TruStage and President of the TruStage Foundation, where she leads strategies that advance equity, belonging, and cultural transformation. With more than 25 years of leadership across government, academia, and corporate sectors, she has shaped state policy, launched a new state department in Wisconsin, guided communities in using data to inform local decisions, and built equity and inclusion initiatives within a Fortune 1000 financial services company. Beyond her executive roles, Angela is the creator and host of Black Oxygen, an award-winning podcast amplifying Black voices in Wisconsin. Across every role, she is driven by a belief in people-centered leadership—bridging complexity with care to create cultures where everyone can thrive.
